Career coaching with me is
A process where you will receive individualized attention and custom-tailored solutions to identify your ideal career path. The program is holistic and focuses on who you are as a person because your ideal career path comes from the inside out – not from the outside in.
You will learn how to achieve your professional goals, define the career that is right for you and overcome the obstacles that prevent you from moving forward. You will discover how to eliminate defeating habits, develop confidence in your skills and abilities, and create an action plan that utilizes the Five Steps to a New Career in 90 days program.
As your coach, I will help you find your own answers as well as give you the benefit of my advice and experience. Together we will lay the foundation for a career you will find rewarding and fulfilling.
Various fees and payment plans are available. Our optimum coaching programs are generally 3 months but additional coaching may be advisable and is available as needed for your success. Additional coaching is available after that as needed.
Creating Your Own Career Coaching Program
This is a comprehensive program in which you will identify your ideal career, create your transition plan, and learn how to make it happen.
Platinum Coaching Package: Includes 4 – 45 minute sessions per month, written post-call feedback report, unlimited check-in calls and unlimited email access to me between sessions.
Gold Coaching Package: Includes 3 – 45 minute sessions per month, unlimited check-in calls and unlimited email access to me between sessions.
Silver Coaching Package: Includes 2 – 45 minute coaching calls with limited email access to me between sessions.

Jump Start Career Coaching Session
This is a one-hour telephone session in which you get to ask as many questions about your career goals as time permits. If you feel stuck where you are and just need a boost to get you moving forward, this is the ideal solution.
This session will address your current job, where you see yourself in a new career and will highlight some of the important Five Steps to a New Career in 90 days or less program.
Please keep in mind that this is NOT a comprehensive career transition call due to time constraints. If you are looking for more in depth and individualized assistance, I suggest one the Creating Your Own Path Career Coaching programs.

Resume and Cover Letter Review Session
Are you making the right first impression? If you are not sure, this personalized critique of your resume and cover letter is just what you need!
In this 45 minute session, my trained resume and cover letter knowledge coupled with my experience will provide individualized suggested improvements for your resume and cover letter. Your resume and cover letter is the first impression you give your prospective new employer. It is critical that you make a great first impression. Resources & Referrals will be shared if a new resume and cover letter need to be prepared.
Job Search Strategy Session
Many people come to me frustrated with their job search. They tell me they are “doing everything they can think of” but are not getting interviews.
I find that although people feel and think they are conducting an effective job search, unfortunately they are not. In this 90 minute session, I will help you create an effective and efficient job search strategy tailored to meet your needs. This job search strategy session will help you stay organized and create your individual plan to maximize technology, networking and much more.
