My coaching style is based on the principles of Co-Active Coaching which is a unique, proactive alliance in which coach and client work together as equals to meet the goals of the client. Co-Active coaching uses the belief that all people are naturally creative, resourceful and whole with the capability of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face. The job of the Co-Active coach is to ask questions, listen and empower rather than instruct and advise.
