Coach Deb
Hello, my name is Deborah, but feel free to call me Coach Deb. I have been a business woman for over thirty years with a background in sales, administration and management that I learned through various industries, including chemical and petroleum production, distribution, banking, and employment development. My decision to become a career coach and motivational speaker was born in the trenches of the companies that I worked for.
I have been a wife, mother and young grandmother- all the while working outside the home. I understand the challenges that arise when a woman is wearing all those hats. I was an aspiring business woman when the times catered to business men. I worked hard and kept my kept head up until I eventually found myself in management, where I flourished. It was there that I also discovered I have the ability to inspire people to achieve their dream of a more fulfilling life and a more rewarding career. Now, I would like to share my methods of motivation and success. My discovery led me to begin my coaching and speaking career to reach out to women who also want to make transitions in their life.
I have a wonderful dog named “Baby” who has been at my side for over five years; we are the best of friends! I recently adopted a kitty brother for her, “Lil Man”. He is now six months old and was rescued from a hard life as a stray kitty. I have a wonderful life with many things to be thankful for.
I love inspiring and motivating women to believe they have the power to change their lives, to re-discover their dreams and to create the career transition path that is unique to them. Inspiring and motivating women to go the extra steps to achieve the career and life of their dreams is what it is all about.
